The flowers in Nikko, Senjogahara, and Odashiro-gahara in mid-June are spectacular.

The main flowers and trees that can be enjoyed this time
Flowers: Japanese azalea (Rhododendron japonicum), Iris, Ranunculus japonicus(Japanese Buttercup), Spiraea salicifolia (willowleaf meadowsweet)
Trees: White birch, Toringo crabapple, Japanese larch

Meeting point: Bus stop for Yumoto Onsen, at Tobu Nikko Station at 9:15am (scheduled to board the bus departing at 9:35am, get off at Shobu-gahama @ around 11am)
Dismissal: Around 4PM in front of the Yunoko Visitor Center at Yumoto Onsen (May vary depending on the situation.)
Itinerary: Shobu-gahama (elevation 1270m) - 20 min - Ryuzu Falls - 10 min - Takiue - 10 min - Shakunage Bridge - 30 min - Odashiro-gahara (elevation 1400m) (lunch) - 20 min - Izumi Yadoike & Odashiro Bridge - 25 min - Near Kotoku Entrance - 25 min - Odashiro Bridge - 30 min - Yutaki - 30 min - Yumoto Onsen (Lake Yunoko Visitor Center) (elevation 1480m)
Actual walking time: about 3 hours and 55 minutes
Remarks: After the tour ends at the Yunoko Visitor Center, you can bathe in the hot springs of Lake Yunoko. (Charges are separate.)
In addition, buses to Nikko Station depart from the Yumoto Onsen bus stop at 3:45pm, 4:10pm, 4:45pm, 5:20pm, 6:05pm, and 7:30pm (final), taking 60 min to 80 minutes, with delays due to traffic conditions.
Participation conditions: Those who can walk on flat ground for about 3 hours are OK.
Participation fee: 3000 yen (Transportation expenses, etc. will be borne separately by the individual.)
Clothing: Shoes suitable for mountain climbing (climbing shoes are preferred, sandals and high heels are not allowed), T-shirt + long sleeves, long pants, hat, (Note: If you are wearing a cotton T-shirt, please bring a change of clothes to protect yourself from the cold.)
What to bring: Lunch (e.g. 3 rice balls), sweets, water (1L), water bottle (hot drink), rain gear (upper and lower), winter clothing, change of clothes (if necessary), towel, sunscreen, sunglasses, household medicine (note: these Please put it in your rucksack and bring it with you.)
